During a typical shift, Team Members will be responsible for the following duties:

•  Scooping over 20 flavors of ice cream, preparing various milkshakes, and assembling other ice cream related products!

• Responsible for handling points of sale, and ensuring that the parlor maintains its look and feel up to company standards.

• Team Members will have opportunity for advancement based on performance and will be expected to work at least 20 to 40 hours a week, as well as weekends and occasional holidays.

Team Leads serve as the first level of leadership helping to oversee daily operations while working alongside Team Members. Team Leads will be expected to complete the same tasks as Team Members while completing additional tasks as well.

During a typical shift, Assistant Managers will be responsible for the duties of a Team Member and the additional items:

• Additional tasks include working with members of the management team to oversee, evaluate and improve daily operations.

• Ensure and maintain a safe and professional work environment, and serve as the lead point of contact for guest interactions.

• Team Leads will be expected to work at least 30-40 hours a week as well as weekends and occasional holidays.

• Team Leads may also be called upon to use problem solving skills to develop appropriate solutions for a variety of situations.
